Kleve district - This year's school summer vacation in North Rhine-Westphalia begins on Friday, July 5, 2024. In the week before the vacations, the annual report cards will be handed out to pupils at schools.
The Kleve district education authority would like to point out that the education authority offers a "number to help parents and pupils at primary, secondary and special schools with certificate problems": Telephone 02821 85-496.
The number will be available on Friday, July 5, Monday, July 8, and Tuesday, July 9, 2024 - in each case from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. During this time, the school supervisors for the Kleve district will answer questions about school report grades.
The school report telephone provides confidential advice and gives callers possible contacts. It is intended to strengthen the trusting cooperation between parents and school in order to jointly achieve the goal of good education and upbringing. With this in mind, the school report telephone serves as a mediator to improve communication in particular. Experience has shown that questions in connection with a report and individual achievements can be clarified in a dialog between the parties involved. With a view to further cooperation, an amicable solution to the problem is sought. If school psychological issues such as exam anxiety or refusal to perform are raised, the school supervisory authority for the district of Kleve also refers the callers to the school psychological counseling center for the district of Kleve.
