From September 1, 2024, the housing benefit office of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer will offer fixed telephone consultation hours. The aim is to bundle inquiries in a targeted manner and efficiently train new colleagues.
These are the telephone consultation hours:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 09:00 am to 11:00 am
- Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Outside of these times, inquiries can be made by e-mail.
